A quick browse on local restaurants tells me that I don't quite agree with Yelp haha. Food's very subjective though unfortunately...

I checked yelp once a while. Some rating are ok and some not. I also checked Xanga blogs and those tend to be more reliable, I think.

@yang1815 - true... food is subjective. i've found ppl giving places 5 when the place tastes like any other.

@JL789 - was it helpful? did the restaurant turn out like the comments said? I find tripadvisor users more accurate than yelp users

I dont think Yelp is that reliable. I find myself going to chowhound to read up on restaurants
