Urbanspoon
As you may have noticed, I've been slowly integrating my blog posts with a link to Urbanspoon. I've found Urbanspoon reviewers to be better than those found on Yelp. They also include timely information like a link to their menu and hours of operation. Hopefully this additional source will be helpful for you. Definitely let me know what you think and how I can make Tummy Points better for you.

I'm a fan of Urbanspoon as well!
oh, I better try it out. thanks
Oh cool, I'll take a look. I've never used them before. Thank you.
Eric rocks!
@yang1815 - I might actually try out their suggestions while I'm in Vancouver a few weeks from now. Hope it doesn't disappoint.
@stevew918 - @arenadi - Definitely let me know if you disagree or agree with their readers. If it's as bad as Yelp, I'll drop them.
@osmundaregalis - LOL I thought you hate Eric
@rice_eric - It's great that Urbanspoons has an app for the Blackberry as well. Hope it doesn't disappoint!
@rice_eric - Hate is such a strong word. =P
to make tummy better for us, go subscribe and comment as many people as you can. you'll get more suggestions and feedbacks. agreeable?
@yang1815 - Their mobile web site is pretty weak. how's the iphone app?
@osmundaregalis - i know. I cried for hours hearing it from u
@falconfraudless - hmm... i did a subscribe and comment run a few months ago. Perhaps I'll do it a few weeks from now when I'm in India again and have little to do.
@rice_eric - O no no, they have an app where it's like a slot machine. You just shake the phone and it would randomly pick a restaurant for you. You can also just lock one of the categories. The three categories are location (breaks it down to district in your city), price range, and cuisine. Pretty useful when one cannot decide where to go for food.

@yang1815 - hahaa that's so funny! I used to use a Flash-based spin wheel to choose lunch and dinner while I was in Texas. Too bad my coworkers never agreed with it. It found restaurants based on zip code and powered by Yahoo search results.
@rice_eric - BTW I have a BlackBerry and UrbanSpoons has the same app for BBs!
Had not heard of UrbanSpoon. Thanks for the recommendation, though. The only thing you could do to make your site more helpful is to cover restaurants where I live and travel. But that may be a bit much to ask! =D
hmm.. i'll check out urban spoon. thanks.
@christao408 - they're a pretty small site for now. They don't cover many cities outside Canada and the United States. LOL... yes, it'll be difficult to cover restaurants in Asia in the near future. For the meantime I'll just have to live Asia through your blog :)
I love the iPhone app for Urbanspoon and use it all the time! I'm a total foodie and live in Vancouver and it comes in super handy!
