Kaati Zone - Rolls that Rock
RMZ Eco Space
Outer Ring Road, Bellandur
Bangalore 560037
http://www.kaatizone.com/The food court across the street is fairly limited and I think this is the last fast food restaurant I visited while I was in Indian. I was already done with curries and I didn't want to do McDonald's again so we ventured upstairs for some wraps:
There's no seating in the actual building but they have a patio. You can also walk back downstairs and eat in the food court area.
They're slow at preparing the food even though it looked so easy to do since the chicken was already cooked.
Chicken Tikka and Kadai Chicken rolls:
One of these rolls is more expensive than the other by 10 rs but I don't know. When they were preparing the wraps, it looked they just put the same sauce in both. I could barely tell the difference.
Maybe the Chicken Tikka:
Indians know the importance of appearance. That lettuce only stretches as far as you can see which is just a thumb length long. The rest of the wrap is just onions and some chicken. The chicken was good. It was on the overly cooked and warm side. It was white meat in case you care. The sauce was slightly spicy and sweet.
Crispy Vegetable Cutlets:
This was so over fried but was very crispy and tasty. It was mostly root vegetables inside - like more onions.
I also had a fountain Coke with my meal which was very watered down.
The food was decent. One wrap is just not enough. Two wraps didn't feel like it was enough. But I wasn't willing to wait for a third wrap. I didn't get sick so it was a good thing. Unfortunately I just recall lots of onion, a few pieces of chicken, and sweet spicy sauce. It's nothing special and always leaves you wanting more. Price was reasonable where all I got cost under $4 USD.

Thanks for posting the review of Kaati Zone. We are a young brand, but have bigambitions. We take inputs from customers like you to improve ourproducts/service and processes/systems. I would like to mention a few points inresponse to your observations:
1. We are introducing shortly customized assembly line equipment in our storesthat will improve workflow and speed of service.
2. We have launched a new menu on 15th October, and introduced jumbo sizedrolls that serve as a complete meal. Hope you will try them during your nextvisit to India.
3. Regarding absence of more veggies in the roll, the product has been designedfor Indian customers who prefer more meat in their rolls. We will need to makesome changes to our products when we launch operations internationally.
4. If you prefer less onions in your rolls, please mention your specificrequirement to the store next time you visit us. They will be happy to assemblethe product as per your choice.
5. The prices of different chicken rolls vary due to differences in their manufacturingprocesses and yields of finished products.
Once again, thanks for your inputs.
