When you're at the airport looking for food you know you're getting ripped off and if it's not a popular place with a huge crowd, you're probably going to get something that's been standing around for a few hours.  That's what I felt like when I approached Auntie Anne's.  If you've been in LaGuardia Airport then you know there aren't many food choices once you've gone through security.  I wasn't going to subject myself to Au Bon Pain so the next best thing that serves hot food was Auntie Anne's:

A wax bag comes with every meal to keep the oil from your hands:

What does that slogan even mean?  "I Snack, therefore I Am"?  I'm a snack or I'm fat?  It's just stupid.

    Turkey with cheese pocket:

This was oily and yummy at the same time.  Luckily I got one that came fresh out of their ovens.  The turkey was the low end smooth types you get pre-packaged at the grocery store.  It was so thinly sliced and not too much in there that it seemed like a compliment to the pocket.  The cheese gave it some taste.  The best part of the whole thing is the pocket and I guess this makes sense since Auntie Anne's is a pretzel place.  The pocket was very oily but hot and moist inside.  The outside seems like it's deep fried (but I don't think they are) so it's really good.  I probably shouldn't eat too many of these as I feel I'd get a heart attack.  The bad thing is this pocket cost me around $4.50 which is fairly high considering what you get but I was really hungry so I didn't have a choice.

This place wouldn't be my first choice but if you're really hungry and have little other choices then it's worth getting something.
