Bernard Callebaut
1123 Kensington Road NW

http://www.bernardcallebaut.comA fairly well known chocolate company based in Western Canada is Bernard Callebaut. Personally, I don't follow chocolate closely but a couple friends of mine do so we dropped by a store to see what they have:
Inside looks like a Godiva Chocolate Store:
I wasn't feeling like chocolate so I got a soft mixed ice cream
The soft ice cream is hand spun. It was extra rich in chocolate and vanilla taste. It was melting in my hands because it was a hot day.
I really like soft ice cream and Bernard Callebaut offers one of the most creamy ones I've ever had. It definitely tastes good and high quality compared to all the others I've had. It's priced similar to other places which is always high for a little lower than $5. The only bad thing is its locations are pretty out of the way but if you're in the area it's definitely worth getting a soft ice cream.
