Costco
If you love saving money by buying in bulk then you've likely visited a Costco at some point in your life. There they have 6 boxes of toothpaste for the usual price of 4 from a pharmacy. I especially like their meats like steak which are some of the best for tenderness and freshness - they go great on a grill! But one thing that always catches my attention while I'm waiting in the cashier line, in what looks like a sea of people, is the food court-like restaurant:
The prices are very reasonable like $5.50 for chicken tenders and fries.
The crowded eating area:
On weekends this area is packed. It's not very nice looking but the eating area is functional.
Soft serve ice cream:
For $1.50, it's your usual mixed soft serve. They're great in the summer!
I normally wouldn't order anything to sit in to eat because the place looks ugly. But I see a lot of people eating there so it can't be that bad. The soft serve ice cream is probably half the cost of the one I got in Chicago. Have you ate at Costco before and willing to share your experience?

their hotdog + coke at $2 is a bargain -- great w/ ketchup and their jalapenos from the self service condiment rack.
fries are decently priced at $2.50 (Cavendish Extra Crispy) and are again awesome w/ ketchup and jalapenos, though the poutine is a bit too expensive to be ordered regularly ($4.50). mind you, the gravy and curds are good on the fries, but at $4.50, you can have a hotdog, coke, AND fries -- not quite getting much value there.
