I've been sick for the past week with a really bad cold and it's been a while since I updated my blog.  On my last trip to Seattle I dropped by one more restaurant I haven't blogged about.  This time it isn't seafood but Asian cuisine with an American twist.  If you're thinking PF Chang or Ho Lee Chow, you wouldn't differ much from what I was thinking when I first walked into Wild Ginger:

    A fancy interior with a non-Asian staff.

    A tightly packed dim interior:

The wooden chairs are huge and it was so busy so we ended up eating at a ledge (it's like a bar but without the bar part)

    Lemongrass Chicken:

Fresh from the grill, our lemongrass chicken was sweet and hot.  It came out tender and no pink spots.  It's pricy at 2 for $6

    Pow Wok Lamb:

    Emerald Prawns:

Not quite huge shrimps but the sauce made it yummy.

I wish I remembered what both of these dishes were called but when I find a copy of my bill I'll update this blog with the names.  Their smaller sized dinner items are around $18 while the larger sized are $24, which is quite pricy.  I opted for the smaller sizes so I could try different flavors.  All their dishes are flavored well in the sauce, service was good, and a nice ambiance for dates.  The good: the food is what you'd expect from a real Asian restaurant so it's not egg rolls and chicken balls in sweet & sour sauce.  The bad: it's expensive.  I recommend this restaurant for a visit to see if you like it.  I liked it but it's nothing special and its high price keeps me away.
