Street Meat in front of Eaton Centre
Eaton Centre
Toronto, ONSo I've been talking crappy boiled hot dogs from New York City and mentioning that Chicago wasn't much better. It's time to show the world what Toronto street meat is all about!
The famous CN Tower in Toronto

It used to be the tallest free standing building in the world but it's since been eclipsed by a couple other buildings in Asia.
A street meat vendor:
Strict laws restrict street vendors to serving hot dogs and sausages. You won't find kabobs or roasted nuts on the streets of Toronto.
Italian Sausage:
Look at those yummy grill marks. It was sooo good. I wish there were more condiment options. They didn't have grilled onions or relish. They did have ketchup, mayo (if you ask), BBQ sauce, hot peppers, and mustard. I don't really trust the hot peppers or any of the things not in a bottle so I stuck to ketchup. Very delicious and it's alright priced for $3.50. I'd get another if I were in downtown Toronto right now.

yes sir. toronto is the world capital for smog dogs. there are places that have corn relish, olives, and bacon bits ..
some places also go for $3.00 for italian sausages. also, some will toast the bun.
as for non-hotdog vendors -- they'll be coming next year. legislation was passed to allow for vendors to sell ohter stuff. (previously, all vendors had to have running water and hand wash stations, except for hotdog vendors).
