Sizzlin' Bison Grill

Calgary, ABAfter having my steak sandwich (quite a disappointment) and watching the chuckwagon races, I needed more food and I wasn't looking for fried foods. I actually walked by a milk and cookies booth where you can get a small 2% of chocolate milk carton with a pack of 2 cookies for $1. It was nice but it wasn't enough for my. Luckily I came across a bison burger and ribs stand!
It looks quite Western and you can't go wrong with bison, right?
My bison burger for $3.50:
Umm.... that's really bison? It was so small and mushy, it was possibly worst than a hamburger patty from McDonald's. To add to the pain, they only offer mustard, BBQ sauce, and packs of relish to top off my burger. I quickly inhaled it and walked away feeling really ripped off and wanting more. It hasn't been a great day of eating for me.

@stevew918 oh no, don't get the idea that bison is bad. It's suppose to be good like buffalo, but this place sucked really bad and they probably mixed some not as good filler into the burger.
