  • Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station

    Magic Kingdom
    Walt Disney World
    Orlando, FL

Almost every night the Magic Kingdom puts on a spectacular fireworks display around Cinderella's castle at 10pm.  With only a day in the Magic Kingdom, we found ourselves going on one ride after another and bumping up really close to the event times.

With the little time we had, we found a nearby restaurant in Tomorrowland called Noodle Station to grab a quick bite that wasn't pizza again:

The same type of order booth as Pinocchio Village Haus is found here and it was just as effective:

    The pick up window:

The eating area is a lot larger than Pinocchio Village Haus and tables are reasonably separated from each other:

The lack of decorations or theme make this restaurant look just like a typical cafeteria.

Beef and Broccoli with Steamed Rice:

Overcooked beef that's tough to chew with soft broccoli.  The rice sat in the box for a while so it was shaped like a box.  The rice was also prepared with too much water so it was mushy.  You get a lot more from a real Chinese restaurant for the $7.89 it cost for this box.

    Teriyaki Chicken with Steamed Rice

Flavorless.  The vegetables were all steamed with no flavoring and very little Teriyaki sauce was used.  There wasn't much chicken either.  As bad as the beef with broccoli was, this was worse for $7.59.

Unless you're getting sick of pizza and fries, like I was, I would avoid this restaurant and the Chinese food they serve.  It's nice the food came in those small Chinese take out boxes that you only see on old American movies but it also means there isn't much food inside the small box.  It was fast and we weren't left overfilled with food are the only good things I can say about the food.
