I rarely go to Italian restaurants.  I find it hard to justify the $15-20 price for a plate of spagetti and sauce where I could get dry spagetti that feeds 3 for 69 cents and a bottle of sauce to cover it for $6.99.   But while I'm out of town on a project I'm more open to ordering things I know I could easily make since I don't have a kitchen of my own.  We also get bored of the usual places so we start running out of convenient restaurants to eat at after work.

A fancy entrance welcomes the patron:

An equally nice interior.  None of the crowded seating found in Chinese restaurants here.

    Complimentary bread:

    Crispy Goat Cheese:

A light crunchy exterior with a soft interior.  It's melted goat cheese so I was not use to the different texture.  It's a bit pricy at $7.66.

    Penne Arrabiata (Spicy):

With very little slices of sausage, I was a disappointed.  But the fresh tomatoes mixed with red peppers were really good.  This dish was really hot and with my addition of crushed peppers, it was really really hot on my tongue.  It's moderately priced at $8.27.

    Meatballs in Tomato Sauce:

The best dish of the meal that mixes really well with my Penne Arrabiata.  I highly recommend adding this to your meal for $3.78.

    Eggplant Parmesan:

Lots of cheese and mushy eggplants make this a very filling dish.  Similarly priced to the Penne Arrabiata dish at $8.12.

The restaurant looks very nice and fancy but the dishes were all priced well.  It does take more effort to cook and wash the dishes over coming to Patrizio.  The service was helpful but didn't stand out.  I would suggest Patrizio for a visit just to see if you find a dish you like.
