http://www.freshlysqueezed.caI'm back in Toronto and I find myself shopping again! With a lot of walking I can get mighty thristy so I dropped by Freshly Squeezed in the lower level of Square One:
Weekend afternoons are quite busy so expect a long line. I really like their top design and the various fresh fruits on their counters.
Milk Green Tea with Tapioca:
There were so little tapioca (bubbles). I could probably count them all if the green tea milk wasn't so cloudy. The green tea is a powder so you could taste the fine grain.
It's expensive to buy drinks at Freshly Squeezed considering they have no seating area and each drink is usually over $5. Although their fruit juices are fresh, some of their drinks can be powder based like my green tea. I felt really ripped off when i noticed how few tapioca (bubbles) were in my drink. I love those chewy globs in my bubble tea. I might order from here again but I hesititate to do it often.
