My coworkers have had a number of dinners of Italian, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese.  It was time to try something outside the ordinary so we found a German restaurant called Bavarian Grill:

    A cozy interior:

They had live music on a Wednesday evening.  It got really busy at peak dinner time on a Wednesday.

    Complimentary bread:

They're a bit on the dry side but we ate a couple since we were hungry.

Zwei Würste mit Kräuter Kartoffelsalat und Sauerkraut:

My favorite dish of the dinner.  The one closest to me tasted like hot dog.  The one to the left tasted like breakfast sausage.  The other two were more unique tasting.  Most of the sausages are quite lean.

Schnitzel nach Oberkellner Art with bread dumpling and Bavarian oven potato:

A slab of pork that was a bit on the dry side and very lean.  It looks really good in the picture but didn't wasn't very tasty.  I didn't like the pasta dumpling at the top left.  For $19.75, other types of cuisine bring more value.

Schnitzel "Wiener Art" with pasta dumpling and mashed potato:

The breaded veal is the staple of German food and definitely better than the naked pork above.  The pasta dumplings were tasteless and soft.  Still pricy at $18.25 but it's cheaper than ordering the other dishes and requesting veal (an added cost of around $10)

Hausgemachter, ofenwarmer Apfelstrudel mit Vanille Sosse:

Apple Strudel with warm vanilla sauce.  The apples were on the dry side and it wasn't very hot.  The strudel was very soft and overall it still tasted good.

The service was very friendly and welcoming to us as first time patrons.  There was live music and everyone in the restaurant was having a good time.  The sausage platter came out quickly so it tempered our hunger for a bit.  Dinner entrees took a very long time to arrive - about half an hour - 45 minutes.  Food prices are high but it was a good change from on normal dinners.  I wouldn't make this a regular choice of dinner location but it is worth a try.
