  With two stores in Market Village and a store in Pacific Mall, Windsor is one of the largest Chinese bakeries in Markham.  If I'm in the Market Village/Pacific Mall area and need to buy bread, I'm usually buying them here as I know they're usually fresh and the quality is consistent.

  All were very fresh with sweet and still moist fruits.  The mousses were soft, light, and not too sweet.  They offer a number of cakes as well but I wasn't looking at something so big or filling.

  They have fresh breads and cakes and if you're at the one at Market Village close to "The One" store, you can even watch people making the bread in the back.  I would definitely come here again for bread and cakes as I always have.
