Votes best gelato in Boston for 2006, gigi Gelateria is located in the busy Italian town of Boston.  I was there on a nice warm summer evening and the streets became a sea of people and cars.  Thankfully, there wasn't a long line for gelato as there were for some of the famous bakeries in the neighbourhood.

    A dimly lit interior:

Gelatos are usually brown or beige:

    Tiramisu:

Blocks of ice.  Not even a smooth texture.  Tasted grainy.  Uneven taste.  This is not what a gelato should taste like but that is what I got in my Tiramisu.  I was starting to think that I made a bad flavor choice so I went to get a test spoon of hazelnut.  That turned out to be just as bad.  I really didn't want to finish it all but it cost me over $5 so I felt I needed to finish it.

Bad gelato that is likely watered down.  I much prefer Dolce in Toronto over GIGI Gelateria in Boston.  I would avoid this place.
