In the past year in Dallas, I have seen Korean Garden become more and more popular while their staff size has not grown.  As a result, their quick turn around on cheap simple dishes was turning into slow service not meeting people's expectations with prices increases.  While we were impatiently waiting for our meal at Korean Garden, a number of patrons were getting even more impatient waiting for their meal and were demanding their money back.  During the camotion, a patron told my friend about another Korean restaurant in the area that's better called Jin Mi.  Of course he forgot the address but thanks to technology (Google) we were able to search for close by Korean restaurants and here we have our next restaurant in my blog:

    The really crappy looking interior:

The chairs are study.  Tables did not align properly.

    Seafood Pancake:

This was the best dish of the whole night.  The calamari was chewy and tender while the pancake was hot and soft.  It might be a bit too oily for some people.

    Side dishes:

Beef and Mixed Vegetables Stone Bowl:

An $9 dish that has perhaps 5 small slices of beef.  The only thing not lacking in this bowl is the amount of oil they put into it.  I probably won't order this again because of the amount of oil and lack of meat.

    Cod and Mixed Vegetables Soup:

It has small fish bones in the fish so be careful while eating.

Overall the food quality is higher, except for the stone bowl, than Korean Garden.  Prices are on average $1 more than those at Korean Garden.  The biggest drawback is the place looks really crappy and I did see a small cockroach (about the size of the end of my thumb) run under a table leg while one of my friends saw a can of RAID in the washroom.  I would probably stay away from this restaurant because of health concerns but the seafood pancake was really good though.
