I'm sure there are many times you've been shopping and the hunger bug has hit you.  You'll find yourself dreading the, usually fried, fast food venues in the mall food court.  If you see a big name food food restaurant like McDonald's or Popeyes, it's likely a franchise, independently owned and operated, and many of them vary in quality.  All this talk about unhealthy foods and questionable quality makes me cring everytime I walk into a food court.  Too bad they make food courts so convenient so here I am at a close to Boston outlet mall's food court and I'm about to try sbarro, a large franchise of Italian foods:

During lunches times, you're faced with very long lines while the rest of the day is relatively quiet, especially the dinner time.

    A whole supreme pizza:

Look at all those toppings.  This isn't Pizza Pizza where they skimp out on toppings.  Compared to the price of individual slices, you get the equivalent of two free slices.

Freshly baked, our pizza was really soft and hot:

The green peppers were fresh and crunchy, pepperoni were nothing close to what you get in New York so they're pretty flavourless, Italian sausages were much like the pepperoni and relatively flavourless, onions were cooked well and little to none were raw, and there was just so much cheese making the pizza pretty wet.  The crust was very thin so we got to enjoy the toppings as a pizza should be.  Although wet sounds bad for a pizza, it was hot and fresh so it tasted really good and the crust hadn't become soggy yet.

I really enjoyed the fresh hot pizza with the generous amount of cheese and toppings.  It may not have done well if we let the pizza sit, but that's why ordering pizza for delivery is so bad giving your either cardboard tasting pizza from Pizza Pizza or soggy wet crusts from Pizza Hut.  I'm sure you've had some good experiences from time to time but, just like this experience, I'm sure if I went many times it would taste different each time.  So although this was a positive experience and I would give it a try again, I would recommend caution and don't expect too much from a food court.
