http://www.japonsteakhouseandsushi.comClose to a number of large businesses in the Plano area, Japon caters to a business crowd with a full bar and really late hours. I had originally wanted to eat at Sea Breeze but it was closed.
The bar area to smooze:
Spicy tuna rolls, Crunch Rolls, and Jalapeno Rolls:
The spicy Jalapeno rolls were very spicy on the tongue. The crunch rolls had tempura shrimps that were still crunch but were not hot so they must've been prepared earlier. Tuna rolls were on par with other places.
Service felt a bit rushed as we did come 20 minutes before their closing time. The fish were fresh and cool but most rolls were not tightly packed except for the one wrapped in seaweed. If you're out late at the office and looking for a bite that's not from a hamburger then give Japon a try.
