Piman Asian Bistro

http://www.pimanasian.comSituated in a small plaza around many business offices, Piman caters to an American crowd but with an authentic Thai taste. They also serve Chinese and Japanese but I didn't have the chance to try those dishes.

Crispy Spring rolls:
Flaky and crispy wrapping with warm vegetables inside. For around $4 it's a bit on the light side.
Spicy Kung Pao (Beef):
Spicy and not salty unlike how most restaurants prepare their Kung Pao. All the vegetables were crisp and fresh. Beef was lean and at the right amount of chewiness. That hot pepper in the top right was really spicy on my tongue. Overall the dish isn't too spicy.
Panang Curry:
A nice cremy curry that tastes like the yellow curry. Having broccoli and mushrooms is a good mix. The chicken was white meat, lean, and tender.
Each dish was relatively small considering each was around $11.50. But the sauces were really good with plenty of spices and were not too oily. I like their flavoring a lot and there isn't too many authentic asian restaurants in Dallas so I'd recommending giving Piman a visit.

Is Piman's food as good as Poman's food? Please come over and fix my monitor. It's a bit too bright.
