I came here on the weekend and found it such a great experience I came back here last night with my team.

There isn't a lot of Korean restaurants in Dallas and most of them are located in the Korean town area just North West of the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) airport.  The asian population in Dallas is much smaller than Toronto's and the limited number of Korean restaurants make finding an all-you-can eat Korean BBQ restaurant next to impossible.  But if you're looking for a high quality Korean restaurant in Dallas you will want to consider Seoul Garden:

A nice spacious interior.  The tables in the middle of the restaurants do not have grills and as you can see, the ceiling ventilation is similar to a normal business office:

    Customary Korean side dishes:

An assortment of vegetables to wrap meat (lettuce, mint, cabbage, and seaweed):

Raw sirlon steak and short rib:

    Porkloin cooking:

Cooking sirlion steak over the grill:

The grills are powered by gas but there is also a pot of hot rocks underneath to give the meat extra charcoal taste.

A pile of cooked meat (bulgogi and porkloin):

    Short rib wrapped in cabbage:

    Tofu soup:

They gave two of these as complimentary when we came as a party of six on a weekday.  Very spicy but fairly empty inside.

    Pre-cooked Spicy Pork:

A bit on the fatty side and mildly spicy.  Meat was very thin but it's a good appentizer as we waited for the raw meat to cook.

Cold Noodle Bowl (included with the meat):

    Watermelon slices as dessert:

The meat was tender, cooked the way you want, and juicy.  With a large party, they even changed the grill surface for us after it became dark from carbon.  Each meat plate (bulgogi, short ribs, sirlion steak, or porkloin) with rice, veggies to wrap, and side dishes is around $20.99 USD.  You can add the cold noodles for an additional $3 USD.  It's probably more expensive than Korean restaurants in larger cities but you do get good quality meat and enough food to fulfill most people's appetite.
