• Kwik-E-Mart

  To promote the upcoming Simpsons movie, eleven 7-11 stores across the United States were converted to the fictional convenince chain, Kwik-E-Mart, as found in the TV series The Simpsons.  It's amazing to find products from the TV show in real life such as KrustyO's cereal, Buzz Cola and iced Squishees.

  Welcoming you to Kwik-E-Mart is the familar face of Apu:

  I had the blue one, it didn't taste too good.  I got sick mixing various fountain drinks together so I didn't feel like experimenting here.

  Those donuts look like they've been deep-fried for a bit too long.

  The staff at the 7-11 were more than happy to welcome patrons that just wanted to take pictures of the Simpsons.  I bought a slurpee so I wasn't entirely empty-handed.

  Unfortunately most of the Simpsons items have been removed after The Simpsons movie had opened.  If you're close to one of the chosen 7-11, you can probably still get a couple things or pictures taken before all of it is gone.
