The building footprint is large with weekdays relatively empty. Weekends are a different matter where many parties are entertained and most tables are occupied.
They offer buffet stations similar to Mandarin with both cold sushi, sashimi, and rolls as well as hot foods like fried rice, cod, and fried scallop:
Rolls are a bit loose and hot foods were limited and seemed to have a heavy oil taste to them. Cold sushi can taste dry as they may have been left out for an extended time on weekdays.
If you want to try something different, they offer a cooked as you watch mongolian grill and hot pot with shrimp and mussels:
With no choice in soup base, you're usually left with a flavourless pot of food.
With dinners priced at $25 USD, it is fairly high for the quality of the buffet food. Japanese all you can eat restaurants in Toronto provide much better quality raw fishes and rolls. The addition of hot pot and mongolian grill give a welcome diversity to the usual buffet. Service was decent with service quickly removing used plates.
