After my snack of heavy greasy burgers my stomach wanted something a lot lighter so we found an Asian American restaurant serving noodles:

    A cozy casual interior:

Veggie Summer Rolls - Tofu, shiitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, Vietnamese rice vermicelli and red leaf lettuce served with hoisin caramelized onion dipping sauce, peanuts and sambal:

That tofu was pretty thick with a texture resembling chicken.  Rolls were tightly packed and ingredients are fresh.  These rolls cost the same as most Japanese raw fish rolls at $1 per roll ($6 for the dish).

    Grilled Pork with Pho broth:

Adding Pho broth made it taste a lot better.  Grilled pork was thinly spiced but grilled well.  Everything else was nothing special.  At $9 it's pricy for a dish of this type.

I had a ginger orange drink with my meal that I didn't like at all.  It was fizzy and cold but I couldn't take the taste of ginger.  I'm sure if you like ginger then you should give it a try.  For the price of the dishes, you can probably get better food elsewhere.  It's a clean environment however.
