  It's just so hot in the summer that I need a nice cold ice cream before I head to bed.  While driving around looking for a dessert place, I found a bunch of cars at a plaza and found my way to Marble Slab:

  An experiment gone horribly wrong.  Looked ugly but didn't taste too bad.

  Similar to Stone Cold, you can mix in extras to your ice cream such a cookie crumbles, strawberries, and/or various nuts.  They do this right in front of your eyes and transform that ice cream into a dough they play with on a cold marble surface.  All this is probably included with the base ice cream cost since I didn't get charged for it and a scoop ice cream cost of around $4 or so is a bit high for just ice cream.  I did like the wider selection of ice cream choices and we did manage to create a more yummy ice cream creation so I scored this higher on my blog.
