http://www.macaronigrill.comTexas is full of restaurants everywhere with franchises popping up almost monthly. We were getting tired of our regular places so we decided to give Macaroni Grill a try.
A very nice stone exterior:

A dimly lit interior tries to look more upscale than it really is:

Honey Balsamic Chicken:

Very salty and dry chicken. The broccoli is merely boiled and very flavorless.
The good wasn't very good. The service was very amateur with no ability to suggest dishes or even suggest a wine. Prices do correspond to a middle tier restaurant as my chicken dish was only $11.50 USD. Looking at the table I'm reminded by something I read about: how you can judge how fancy a restaurant is by the number of utensils on the table. I wonder how true that is. At least it's true here as I only had a knife and fork. Given a choice I wouldn't come here as there are a lot better choices serving the same thing out there like The Cheesecake Factory.
