We're always looking for good Asian food and we passed by this new Japanese restaurant a few days back.  They offer happy hour with half price on many of their rolls on Monday to Thursday.

    A cozy interior:

The appetizer sampler with various deep fried fish balls and spring rolls:

Just like Chinese spring rolls.  Some of the rolls seemed to be over fried or fried in old oil.

    The basic salad:

    Dragon roll:

The rolls were not packed well so they were not uniformly cylindrical.  You can tell at the end of the dragon roll that it's falling apart.

    Rainbow roll:

The raw fish was also warm so that is dangerous to your health.

I tried a suicide roll from a friend and that was crazy hot.  It just went straight up your nose and to your brain.

    A clean washroom:

The washrooom was clean for a Chinese owned business.  You rarely see something like this in Toronto.

Service was prompt and the price is very reasonable with half priced rolls.  My dinner turned out to be $15 USD.  The rolls weren't too great as they were falling apart and not very tasty so I wouldn't intentionally go back.  I do recommend at least a visit during their happy hour.
