Midland Rd. & Steeles Ave. E
The exterior looks clean.

The interior needs a lot of work:

I wasn't too found of the children's painting. It creeped me out.The menu did not look like the regular pho restaurant menus like beef flank, beef brisket types... it had a totally different name for each bowl. I can't remember the names of the bowls we got but this is what they look like:

They tasted surprisingly well. The interior design and odd menu names really lowered by expectations. There was a lot of meat and garnishes inside each bowl and I didn't expect the amount of food we received.
Overall I came out surprised. I'm not fond of the interior or the menu naming but the food was decent. I'm hesistate to recommend this place since it won't be what most people will expect. The restaurant is also disturbingly empty.
