  • International House of Pancakes (IHOP)

    Dallas, Texas

Another late night place in the states to get food is the International House of Pancakes or more commonly known as IHOP.  Once again, I'll compare this place to our Golden Griddle since they serve similar type things.

Inside is the standard family restaurant flare:

    Whip cream and strawberry pancake:

    What's left of my waffle:

The waffle was light and freshly made.  The crust was crispy and it was not burnt or undercooked.  I asked for some ice cream and the waitress gave a couple scoops on the side.

Overall I would come back to this IHOP.  There are a number of them across the United States so I'm not sure if they are all of the same level of quality of this IHOP.  Of course this review could be skewed by the fact it was late and I was hungry for something sweet.  But I do know that this place is many times better than any Golden Griddle I've been to.
