  • Pan Acean

    777 S. MacArthur #401
    Coppell, TX 75019

Every now and then we feel like living on the edge and try Chinese cuisine in Texas.  This time we're trying out a place called Pan Acean.

    The inside is fair conservative:

Our appetizer of siu mai.  i think this is the Shanghai version but correct me if I'm wrong:

My friends did not like it so I got to eat two of them.  Lucky me!

    Curry Noodles with chicken:

It was alright.  A bit oily.  Felt like the whole dish was a clump.

Spicy peanut beef with brown rice

This does not look like real Chinese food.  As you can tell, this restaurant serves food more geared towards the caucasian crowd.

Overall, I would not recommend coming here. There are better places in Texas for Chinese cuisine.  It's better than Panda Express but that isn't saying much.  The prices are fairly high with my dish about $12 USD.
