• Japanese Express @ Pacific Mall

  For some reason you find yourself at Pacific Mall and you're hungry for something good.  You want something more than curry fish balls or bubble tea.  Something with more substance.  I think you should check out Japanese Express.

  

  It's on the top floor of Pacific Mall in the far back of the food court.  It's decorated by the usual food pictures as any other good food court restaurant does.

  What's interesting are the Spider Rolls from this restaurant. 

  

  The rolls are covered with fresh tempura bits and the soft shell crab is freshly cooked.  It takes a bit of time for them to prepare this dish but it's definitely worth the wait.  It's a big roll and good for 2 to snack on.  For $8, this is on average with other Japanese restaurants for spider rolls.  Think of it as $1 per roll.

  Don't let the cheezy Spiderman picture by the Spider Roll ordering sheet fool you.  Give it a try because I highly recommend coming here for your spider roll fix.
