  During the summer months our team likes to eat out in the patio.  One of the restaurants in the area that has both a patio and beer is Fado.

  For some reason I'm in the healthy mode so I ordered a Fresh Salmon Boxty. A boxty is like a crepe but it's considerably thicker and made with potato. Mine had some seafood sauce and inside were chunks of salmon. I would say that for an irish pub, the salmon was fairly fresh but a bit overcooked.  The boxty was a bit on the dry side. It was a very light meal and not something I'd get again unless I was in this health mindset again.
