  • Mom's Kitchen #2

Not everyone is free to spend time cooking long meals and this is one of those times.

We had take out BBQ ribs and chicken.  But we did have "guy lan" veggies to complement the meat.  The BBQ meat was all from T & T.

Have you noticed that BBQ at T & T are chopped pretty poorly.  They don't cut the chicken in the same way other BBQ places do.  For example T&T they cut the arms connecting to the wing into small pieces.  Their knives are also very dull as the chicken usually has a lot of crushed bones.

One good thing about T & T is that their meat is pretty lean so it's not too fatty.  But if you're eating BBQ, I don't think you care too much about your health.

Well, I did like the BBQ ribs.  There wasn't much meat but the sauce is so sweet and tasty.  Chicken was alright.  It felt a bit lacking in meat too.  We didn't have much left over even though we had two boxes.  Reminds me of finger licking good KFC, there's rarely any left at the botton of the bucket in the end.
