Mom's Kitchen #1
I can't always eat out. They say it's unhealthy. I'm not sure about that, but I'm also not sure what they put into the dishes I order at those places. So tonight was a dinner at home.
Let's take a look at my mom's dishes

The first dish is chicken with mushrooms. The chicken is pretty tender and I like mushrooms. This was the dish that had my second most attention.
The next dish is the usual veggies. It's bok choy with some snowpeas. My mom makes it crunchy. I prefer it be cooked/steamed so much that it's all soggy and full of sauce. It was alright and it fulfilled my veggy fix.
The last dish was my favorite, it's ma bo tofu. SO yummy! This is the dish that helps me finish my whole bowl of rice. It's THAT good. Some pork, tofu, chilli sauce, and I don't know what else, makes it so yummy. My mom says that if she made it too often we'd get bored of it. I think she's right.
